TIGERS bosses have set themselves a double target for the next week.

They’ve been left with no choice but to chase two new riders after Nathan Stoneman’s bad crash at Ipswich – and Rob Branford (pictured) looks set to miss the rest of the season.

Birmingham’s Layne Cupitt has agreed to deputise for Stoneman in tonight’s home meeting with Berwick and Mitchell Davey is in for Branford.

Boss Simon Stead said: “It’s never ideal relying on guests and hopefully the club will be successful in bringing a couple of riders in.

“We wish the injured lads all the very best and hope all our fans come along tonight and get right behind the team.”
